Three ways I work on your product.

HCI graduate from Jeddah. I work in Arabic and English the same way, test with the real user, and document decisions so the next person can pick up where I left off.

UX / UI design

Interface and interaction design for apps, websites, and digital products — Arabic and English on the same level from the first wireframe.

  • End-to-end product flows for web and mobile
  • Interaction design and prototyping in Figma
  • Arabic/RTL and English/LTR parity from the first mockup
  • Accessibility pass to WCAG 2.2 AA on surfaces I own

Screens that hold up under research, not just a moodboard.

UX research and evaluation

Usability testing, heuristic evaluation, research synthesis, and findings you can act on — with the method, sample size, and limits said out loud.

  • Semi-structured user interviews
  • Moderated usability testing with task metrics and SUS
  • Heuristic evaluation (Nielsen's 10) and competitive benchmark
  • Thematic analysis that separates evidence from opinion

A short, cited report — not a long document that gets ignored.

Available for freelance.

Design systems and product UX

Reusable systems, flows, docs, and the product structure that keeps them together — so decisions stay after handover.

  • Token architecture: colour, type, spacing, radius, elevation
  • Component libraries with variants and documented states
  • Information architecture and reusable flow patterns
  • Documentation that designers and engineers actually read

A system that stays open — easy to extend, easy to inherit.

How a project moves

From first inquiry to final handoff.

  1. Qualify

Capture the brief and decide the fit — on both sides.

  2. Propose

Scope, timeline, deliverables and price. Agreed in the proposal; no templated pricing.

  3. Deliver

Onboard, review and record decisions as the work moves.

  4. Close

Hand off, invoice and ask for honest feedback.

No fixed packages. No invented timelines. Everything is set in the proposal after the brief.

Why work with me

Four principles govern the work.

  • Starts with the user

Every project begins with the person who will use it — a specific user, in a specific place, with a specific task.

  • Evidence, not opinion

Every design claim carries a source; a claim without evidence stays out.

  • A system that stays open

Reversible steps, visible state, clear exits — the product never closes on its user.

  • Continuity after handover

Decisions are documented so the next person can build on them.

Honestly

What I won't claim

  • I won't publish a research finding without a source.
  • I won't ship a design that fails WCAG 2.2 AA on surfaces I own.
  • I won't quote a timeline before the scope is clear.
